Roger McMullen, founder of Admiral Custom Roofing, was born and raised in Tate County, MS. Roger was raised with two main loves in life, construction and the outdoors. Roger jokes that his love for construction was spawned from a need to pay for his love of the outdoors. Rogers father was a home builder so his construction journey started early. After working in all aspects of construction, Roger decided to start his own business in Tipton County. After 3 years in business, Roger has built his business on community involvement and giving back.

Daniel is an insurance specialist with Admiral Custom Roofing. His background also includes hardscape, landscape, and construction. When not helping homeowners, Daniel enjoys baseball, hunting, and most outdoor activities. One passion that he truly enjoys is coaching children of all ages at the community ballfield.

Stan Nichols lives in Munford, TN. After a hard day at work, Stan most enjoys going home to be with his 5 children and his beautiful wife, which he’s known since high school. Besides Stan’s love for roofing & racing, he has a huge heart for helping others in his community. Stan’s number one goal in life is to provide for his family to make sure they receive the best life he can give.

Charles Dennis, born and raised in Memphis, TN, has worked in the roofing industry for over ten years. Charles loves working with his hands. He has numerous hobbies which include working on cars, fishing, camping and watching the St. Louis Cardinals. Charles says drag racing is a love of his and he will drive anything with a motor. Between his strong work ethic at Admiral and having his hobbies keeping him busy, he also finds time to help with animal rescues. He has a passion for animals and has rescued tons over the years. Charles is also a family man with one child named Charleston and his beautiful wife Chandler.

Ethan Taylor is from north Mississippi where he was born and raised. He and his wife, Lacie, have been married for 2 years. Together they have cattle and working dogs keeping them busy. Ethan’s hobbies include playing golf, slow pitch softball, and he also plays on the Life Fellowship Church softball team.
