Roger McMullen, founder of Admiral Custom Roofing, was born and raised in Tate County, MS. Roger was raised with two main loves in life, construction and the outdoors. Roger jokes that his love for construction was spawned from a need to pay for his love of the outdoors. Rogers father was a home builder so his construction journey started early. After working in all aspects of construction, Roger decided to start his own business in Tipton County. After 3 years in business, Roger has built his business on community involvement and giving back. Roger has lead the Admiral Roofing company all the way to being an Ownes Corning Platinum Preferred roofing contractor. This is one of the highest destinctions a roofing company can have in the United States.
Daniel
Daniel is an insurance specialist with Admiral Custom Roofing. His background also includes hardscape, landscape, and construction. When not helping homeowners, Daniel enjoys baseball, hunting, and most outdoor activities. One passion that he truly enjoys is coaching children of all ages at the community ballfield.

Stan Nichols
Stan Nichols lives in Munford, TN. After a hard day at work, Stan most enjoys going home to be with his 5 children and his beautiful wife, which he’s known since high school. Besides Stan’s love for roofing & racing, he has a huge heart for helping others in his community. Stan’s number one goal in life is to provide for his family to make sure they receive the best life he can give.
Ben Kirk
Ben Kirk is an encouraging leader in the community that’s committed to helping others with their home needs. With over 20 years of experience in social intelligence through ministry, Ben has a broad range of transferrable skills such as building robust relationships, mentoring, training and motivating people. He’s genuinely passionate about connecting with and serving others. Currently, he’s the Worship Pastor at River of Life in Munford and resides in Drummonds with his beautiful wife Tabi and their three amazing children.

Christy
Christy Gardner has been with Admiral Custom Roofing since the doors opened in 2016. She has fulfilled many roles within the company, but she enjoys her interactions with customers the most. Christy loves guiding customers through their roofing process, start to finish, and she works hard to ensure that each customer receives the best quality roof. Christy not only has her insurance adjuster’s license, but she also has many years of experience in the roofing company. Outside of her love of roofing, Christy is also a mother to three amazing children. Locally born and raised, Christy loves spending time in the mid-south area.

Kaleigh Gardner
Kaleigh Gardner is one of the newest team members here at Admiral Custom Roofing. She is currently a sophomore at the University of Memphis and is a Public Relations and Advertising double major with a minor in American Sign Language. She also works part-time in administration at the University of Memphis with Parent & Family Services. Kaleigh is a proud Munford High School graduate and has lived in this area for most of her life. Outside of work and school, Kaleigh loves volunteering for non-profits, like St. Jude, and spending time with family and friends.
